HOYA hired Varitage as their agency of record to relaunch the company’s line of intraocular lenses (IOLs) in the United States. Varitage standardized the messaging and imagery for the portfolio and created a cutting edge image for HOYA. In collaboration with the US marketing team, we developed and launched the Try iSert Experience campaign leveraging print, digital, and direct marketing tactics. The new branding and campaigns were quickly adopted up by HOYA’s international ophthalmic teams. After the relaunch of the IOL portfolio, HOYA was noted as the fastest growing IOL company in the United States and credited much of the success to Varitage. Deliverables spanned across numerous professional and industry tactics and services, as well as business analysis and strategic planning.
